At Lumeniri, we excel at making custom made exquisite fine jewelry. We love meeting new clients and guiding them through our Bespoke design journey. As a result of the involvement you will have with your custom made engagement ring, wedding band, or eternity band, we unfortunately do not offer returns on our made-to-order designs. All custom made orders are final sale. If you have extraneous concerns, feel free to email us at hi@lumeniri.com and we will review your specific case. For non-engagement ring, wedding band, or eternity band purchases, from our existing collection, we will offer returns within 7 days.  Our jewelry is always meticulously checked before it is carefully packaged and sent out to you and so should always arrive at its final destination in absolutely pristine condition.  If, on the rare occasion, there is a flaw, then please contact us at hi@lumeniri.com within 48 hours. If the damage is a manufacturing defect we will always repair your item, but if the damage is outside of a manufacturing defect, we will assess it and advise you of the cost of repair and get your approval before going ahead.  Please note, manufacturing defects do not apply to general wear and tear, discoloration, scratches or lost stones. It is also important to confirm that custom pieces are not returnable. If a small stone is lost (up to 1.5mm) within the first 6 months, we will replace it free of charge. Our diamonds come with a life-long option to upgrade. The diamond will always be assessed first and we will inspect it, making a gemological evaluation.  We can discuss your needs and propose options based on your requirements.
